At Mikaz Custumz, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are considered final soon as payment is received unless arrangements were made prior. All communication is done via email throughout the process and when item is shipped including Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). Hand wash ONLY! Handle with care! Try not to drop or clean with very hot water to prevent any issues.

Damaged During Shipping
In the event your order arrives damaged, please notify the moment you receive your order with a photo of the merchandise. Each order automatically comes with insurance, and we will assist in filing a claim to ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.

Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any issues that are not the result of shipping damage.

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted except in cases of shipping damage.
In the event that your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of EDD of damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will assist in processing an insurance claim for such cases.
Items not damaged during shipment are not eligible for return or refund.
